How’s Archie

I created a stop motion sequence and title design for How’s Archie, a short film about a couple who must navigate co-parenting their dog Archie, after they breakup. The film is currently in the festival circuit, if you’d like to see the finished animation please message me :)

The Archie puppet

Process:
The Archie puppet was a custom build, made using wire armature, foam body, and real hair for the coat. The final dance animation was captured frame by frame using Dragonframe.

Title & Credit Designs

I also created title and credit designs for the film. The intent was to create a feeling of intimacy, something that felt classic, warm and familiar, to reflect the film’s themes. For the credit sequence I created drawings of Archie, to live alongside the cast and crew’s names.
